Lack of communication between guests and staff .. I also informed management that I was/ still currently missing a Nike windbreaker and I have not heard anything from management about when they will be sending it this was in November of 2023

Some Staff was ok
We were there 4 nights 5 days and asked each day to have our room cleaned and new towels and each day they say they're coming immediately and never showed up. But showed up knocking on the door 9am the morning we were checking out.
