Ok hotel worn down and needs updating to bring it back to a good standard.
Great Location very close to places we want to visit. Bed was comfortable and patio was nice.
It needs a full maintenance review. Light socket that didn’t work in bathroom or next to bed. No safe in room when we got there. Furniture worn down

Disappointing, will not return
Location was great, beach location was convenient & had plenty of chairs, interior of room was clean, we had a rooftop terrace which was a nice outdoor space, room was advertised as a partial ocean view & that's exactly what we had, bed was decent & layout of the room was nice with kitchenette & living room area, restaurant food was tasty (though expensive)
The decor was very dated and furnishings were well worn. Although they claim to have room service, nobody ever answered that line. I tried multiple times over multiple days. At first it was because my partner was sick so we were staying in but eventually it was just to see if they would ever pick up. In fact, they didn't have a room service menu in the room. They were kind to bring us one quickly, but it was a waste because no one answered the room service line. They're stingy with the towels. When we got to the room, there were 2 bath towels and no wash cloths. We called and asked for more, which they promptly brought. However, by the third day, we were out of washcloths & they didn't replenish them when they serviced the room. They had signs in the elevator promoting the dj at the pool on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, but there was no dj. The most disappointing thing was the rooftop hot tub, which was the biggest reason we selected this hotel. The hot tub was drained. I assume we could have filled it, but then it would be like a bath (not chlorinated / salt water). It was so filthy that we didn't want to use it. There were no spa amenities, which I thought they offered. I did call ahead to confirm, so I knew that before we arrived and we made spa reservations at another property. If I hadn't prepaid for the room, we absolutely would have moved to a different property during the vacation.

Staff Lovely facility needs work overall great time.
The breakfast was great. I do like that. You can have breakfast until noon. Most people on the vacation don’t want to wake up early. The location was perfect.
The hotel itself had a lot of issues first starting with air conditioning. The air was out 2days out of the 3 days we were there. The TV didn’t work, there was a hole in the door, the key card was exposed wires, the toilet had a spot in it that looked like feces, but if you flush it, it’s still there. We were able to change rooms the second day we were there and the air was out in that room as well. The only air that worked consistently was in the lobby. It was 90° at eight in the morning, and we had no air in our room for two days. The staff was lovely, especially the housekeeping. The hotel would be great if they made some modifications to the facility. Would definitely recommend to anybody. It was lovely to be there. The air was the worst of it all.
